Terms and conditions

CHAPTER I - ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  1. Customers must register as members to make transactions
  2. Customers must read the terms & conditions before registering a new account
  3. Customers must fill in the registration form with valid data
  4. Error sending goods because invalid data or address is entirely the responsibility of the Customer
  5. The customer must check (Agree) the terms & conditions before clicking the registration button
  6. An application for closing an account must be submitted via email and the request must be sent from the registered email
  7. Change of Account Password must be submitted via Email and the request must be sent from the registered email


CHAPTER II - STORES & TRANSACTIONS

A. Transactions

  1. Products that have been purchased by customers cannot be returned, canceled or exchanged with other products or with the same product. except having made a prior agreement
  2. By clicking on the transaction button on the site misjowh.com means that the Customer has agreed to all applicable terms & conditions as checked in the agreement form terms & conditions when registering a new account
  3. Transactions that are not paid within 3 days will be canceled automatically and we will delete the transaction history
  4. Customers must make a payment and confirmation on the form provided when making a transaction
  5. We are not responsible for transactions that are not processed because there is no confirmation from the Customer
  6. We will check the payment confirmation by the customer, and we reserve the right to hold the transaction process if the payment from the Customer has not yet entered our financial account

B. Product Returns

  1. The product can be returned if there is an error from us in the form of:
    • Color error
    • Size error
    • Product type error
  2. We will cover shipping costs for returns
  3. We reserve the right to refuse submission of returns from customers if they do not meet the 3 criteria above

C. Delivery

  1. Products will be sent through an expedition service determined by us
  2. Shipping costs will be charged to customers
  3. Shipping costs displayed on the site misjowh.com are absolutely our policy
  4. The estimated delivery time displayed on the site misjowh.com is only an assumption (estimates can be more or less), the exact delivery time is determined by the expedition service and is not our responsibility

CHAPTER III - HOSTING SERVICES

  1. We are partners of the Boc.co.id Hosting company
  2. Our responsibility is only limited to Hosting promotion and marketing
  3. Customers who order Hosting products at Us or on the awi.boc.im website must register as a Customer at boc.co.id
  4. The price of the Hosting listed on the website is the price of the Partner specified by boc.co.id
  5. All server complaints or problems will be handled by boc.co.id technical support team, customers are not allowed to complain or ask about server problems with us
  6. Hosting Payment (Registration / Extension) is done on the boc.co.id site
  7. Customers must read, understand and comply with all terms & conditions that apply at boc.co.id

CHAPTER IV - WEBVIEW

  1. The .APK file that was created is actually a Website URL wrapped in the form of an Android application
  2. Customers must understand that Webview is a programming code in Java that serves to display the Website through calling URL links / Domain names
  3. The webview will be created using Android Studio
  4. The .APK / Webview file can be installed on an Android device / operating system
  5. Features and Design The webview is exactly the example provided
  6. The webview will display exactly the actual appearance of the Website
  7. Webview will run features, scripts or designs that are supported by the Webview browser itself
  8. We are not responsible if there are features, scripts or designs that are not supported by the Webview browser (for those who do not have a Website contract). We suggest that you contact the Website Builder first
  9. Customers cannot make requests for changes or additions to features on Webview
  10. Play Store account will be made by us
  11. The .APK Webview file will be published to the Play Store and the KeyStore Webview project will be submitted to the Customer (for those who do not have a Website contract)
  12. We are not responsible for the loss of the KeyStore that has been given to the Customer (for those who do not have a Website contract)
  13. Customers can submit changes to the banner image that will be displayed on the Play Store via registered Email maximum of 5 changes
  14. Customers can submit a change of account name in the Play Store via registered Email maximum of 5 changes
  15. The time of processing the Webview is determined by Us
  16. The service period / guidance for using Webview is 1 year (for Customers who have a Website contract) and 23 days (for those who do not have a Website contract)
  17. Webview processing will be done if the customer has made a payment (for those who do not have a Website contract)

CHAPTER V - WEBSITE SERVICE

  1. Customers must provide complete and valid data
  2. Customers are required to send a valid KTP scan via Email provided on the misjowh.com site
  3. Customers must follow the Website rental procedure that has been made by Us
  4. Customers must read the terms and conditions before carrying out the Website rental process, and by pressing the Website rental button means that the Customer has agreed to all the terms and conditions that apply on the site misjowh.com
  5. Customers are required to sign an agreement that has been provided above the seal of 6000 and the stamp as a form of agreement that must be obeyed. A signed agreement with a stamp of 6000 is sent via Email provided in Softcopy.
  6. Website design and features are exactly like images, videos or demo links on each type of website, in this case the customer must understand that the website services we offer are in the form of rental not development (web development)
  7. Website Maintenance means damage to source code, server down and damage to design and website creativity. Maintenance does not mean the addition or change of features or design
  8. Customers cannot request changes to Website features or designs that have been provided except for basic colors such as header colors and primary buttons
  9. Customers who want a website with special design and features must contact us via email provided on the site misjowh.com, the design price and special features of the Website will be different from the rental price of the website provided.
  10. Features and designs along with all instruments in making a website in accordance with the description of each type of website, customers are not allowed to complain about the problem of the instruments used by us in making the website
  11. We are limited to renting websites and we are not responsible for the needs of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and other marketing techniques
  12. CPanel access is in our control. Customers are not entitled to CPanel Access
  13. The customer is not entitled to get Domain Access if the proposed Domain is a new Domain
  14. The new Domain Registrar and Web Hosting are determined by Us and We will be responsible for the security of Hosting
  15. The default hosting capacity that we provide is 1 GB (Giga Byte). If the customer wants to increase the hosting space, an additional fee (Upgrade / Renewal) will be charged according to the request via email
  16. Customers who already have a Domain name must direct the NS (Name Server) Domain to Hosting provided by us, we will monitor the direction of the Domain Name Server through Whois
  17. New Domain Names that have been ordered by customers cannot be changed or replaced with other Domain names. If the customer wants to pay, a fee will be charged
  18. We reserve the right to request Domain Access owned by the Customer if there is a need for Website rental setup
  19. Customers are entitled to get Admin Access Website Dashboards
  20. The customer has the right to submit a request to create an Email Account in accordance with the Domain name for a maximum of 10 Email Accounts, if more than that will be charged per Email account. Then the request is submitted via registered Email
  21. Customers have the right to submit changes to the Email Account for a maximum of 5 changes, if more than that will be charged a change fee per Email account, then the request is submitted via registered Email
  22. The configuration time / Website Setup is determined by us, we will follow up information about the setup of the Website via email and info on the customer's member area
  23. Payment must be made when the agreement is received by us. We will not process unpaid website rental applications
  24. Customers must confirm if they have made a payment on the confirmation form that has been provided, We are not responsible if the Website is suspended due to no payment confirmation from the Customer either extension or leasing a new Website
  25. We reserve the right to suspend unpaid websites (both new leases / extensions) by customers
  26. The Expired Date will start when the website is setup (When the Website is on air)
  27. We reserve the right to suspend the Website if the Website contains content that is prohibited by State Law and the Republic of Indonesia Law
  28. If there is Website content that is contrary to the Law, then the full sanction is the responsibility of the Customer. We are not responsible for Website content that violates the Laws and provisions of the State Law
  29. Customers must comply with the terms and conditions set by us
